Andona (she/her) is the “A” in A to Z Law Erie, Erie’s first female-led intergenerational law firm. Andona is an attorney, mediator, collaborative professional, and ally, assisting individuals and families to resolve issues peacefully, with dignity and respect. She trained in collaborative law and mediation immediately after graduating from law school. Andona is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) and serves on the Access to Collaboration Committee, working to make collaborative practice accessible to more people through streamlined, sliding scale, flat fee, and pro bono projects. She is the current Vice President of the Collaborative Professionals of Northwest Pennsylvania (CPNWPA). Andona is also a proud member of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association.
